Temporary self-exclusion starts at a minimum of 6 months and can be extended. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — your account is closed and you cannot re-register on the Platform at any future point.
Your Account is suspended promptly upon confirmation. All marketing and promotional emails are stopped. Access to betting and gaming is blocked across all devices.
Any Real Money Balance in your Account at the time of exclusion will be returned to a verified payment method in your name, subject to KYC completion, net of any outstanding wagering obligations.
If you have self-excluded from 92ro, you must not attempt to re-register under a new email address or identity. Creating a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of any balance.
