These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 92ro platform. Please read this document carefully and in full before registering, depositing or placing any entry. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and 92ro (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the website located at 92ro.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered thereon.

Access to and use of the 92ro Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 92ro reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to belong to a minor.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any Balance held therein, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact support immediately.

92ro operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You may be required to submit verification documentation at any stage, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in a hold on withdrawal processing. 92ro reserves the right to withhold funds pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify 92ro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 92ro accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
You may access the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must use the Platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms and all Applicable Law. The Platform is provided "as is" and the Operator makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

92ro does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, licensing obligations or regulatory requirements may temporarily affect availability. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in your cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method, as displayed in the cashier. All funds deposited must belong to you and originate from accounts registered in your own name. 92ro does not accept deposits from third parties.
References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for user reference only. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the Operator's internal procedures and subject to the following conditions being met:

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and expiry window are stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within the specified window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any bonus-derived winnings.
While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is as specified on the relevant promotion page. Exceeding the maximum permitted stake may result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it, at the Operator's sole discretion.

Bonus eligibility may be subject to minimum deposit requirements, account verification status, geographic restrictions and prior participation in specific promotions. 92ro reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
All bets and game entries are subject to the Operator's acceptance. 92ro reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where market integrity concerns exist or where technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed.
A bet may be declared void if it is placed in error, if the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, if technical or pricing errors affect the relevant market, or if the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the User's Account, where applicable.
Live in-play betting markets, including those covering PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series, are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). Settlement delays may occur while results are being confirmed. 92ro does not guarantee market availability for any specific match or event.

Any User found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, recovery of fraudulently obtained funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All intellectual property on the Platform — including but not limited to the 92ro brand name, logo, domain, software, interface design, written content, graphics and game assets — is owned by or licensed to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of 92ro. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 92ro and its licensors, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92ro does not warrant that the Platform is free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from the actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game developers or network infrastructure providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits 92ro's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
92ro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable fees and pending wagering obligations) will be processed for return to a verified payment method in your name, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Upon Account termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability, prohibited conduct, governing law and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92ro holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as specified by the Operator's licensing authority. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under Applicable Law in your jurisdiction of residence.
For Pakistani users, please note that the governing law of these Terms is not Pakistani law. Your statutory rights under Pakistani law are unaffected by this clause to the extent they cannot be contractually excluded.
92ro reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent in-Platform notice, with a reasonable period before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be accessible on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.2.
